Server Monitoring/Backup Monitoring
Our Network Operations Center monitors your servers 24x7x365. We monitor server availability (up/down) and all critical services running on your server(s). We also monitor performance (CPU, disk I/O, memory utilization, etc.) as well as proactively monitoring server event logs. We also monitor application availability including Microsoft Exchange Server, SQL Server, Terminal Services and can monitor custom applications including ERP or accounting systems.

We proactively monitor and manage your daily backups assuring your data is being backed up successfully each and every day. If there is a failure corrective action is taken automatically. We also offer a complete Managed Offsite Backup service offering you a hands off approach to data backup and disaster recovery.

 

Workstation Preventative Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance - On a weekly basis full preventative maintenance is performed on all workstations/laptops. This includes disk defragmentation, paging file optimization, temporary Internet debris removal and more.


Asset Management
We perform full asset management for both hardware and software. On a regular basis a scan is performed on all hardware (servers, workstations and laptops). The results are logged in our asset management database. The asset management database inventories all hardware including the configuration of each server/workstation/laptop and full software inventory of each. We also proactively manage hardware warranty renewals and software maintenance renewals. We also provide an asset management report to you on a quarterly basis.

Help Desk Support
Our service includes problem remediation services for all server level issues. Additionally we bundle Help Desk services that can be used for workstation issues, onsite support and any other technology related issues. Our Help Desk is staffed by a team of certified Network Engineers with deep levels of expertise. Our Help Desk is a 100% live answer environment assuring you get access to the help you need when you need it.

All issues are logged in our Help Desk ticketing system. When an issue is logged, updated or closed you are automatically notified by email. You receive a full report monthly detailing all Help Desk issues for the current month. We utilize a very advanced remote control solution that allows us to take remote control of any workstation/laptop or server. This collaborative tool allows us to see your screen and take remote control to perform problem resolution reducing the time to resolution. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely we will dispatch a technician onsite to address the issue.

Quarterly Technology
Review and Planning Session Once every 3 months a member of our team performs an onsite technology review and planning session. During this session we review the performance of your network, discuss your upcoming technology related goals and make recommendations to improve your infrastructure.

We check that shared directories on the network do not reach capacity, or that individual Outlook.pst files do not grow too large.
   
Monitor services when they stop or crash
We are alerted when mission-critical services stop working. This includes mail servers, web servers, database servers, file servers, and domain controllers.
